1. Agreement and Services
These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you and FUKU AI Pte. Ltd. ("Fuku", "we", "us", or "our"). They govern your use of Fuku AI Career and the Fuku AI Job Apply Chrome extension (together, the "Services"). By creating an account, installing the extension, or using the Services, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
Fuku Career helps you organize job searches and, at your direction, use supported websites to assist with job applications. The extension is a tool; it is not an employment agency, recruiter, or representative of any employer or job board.
2. Eligibility and your account
You must be legally able to enter this agreement and provide accurate, current information. Keep your account credentials and browser secure. You are responsible for activity performed through your account and for promptly notifying us of unauthorized use.
You authorize the extension to receive the Career information needed for a workflow you start. You are responsible for checking the selected job, your profile, your CV, screening answers, and any other information before an application is submitted.
3. Extension permissions and third-party sites
The extension requests access to supported job-application pages, including LinkedIn, Reed, Indeed, Dice, GulfTalent, StepStone, and Greenhouse-hosted pages. It may read job and form information and enter information into those pages to perform the feature you requested. Some supported flows may submit an application after you start an application run.
Those websites, employers, login systems, CAPTCHA systems, and application forms are operated by third parties. Fuku does not control them and is not responsible for their availability, content, decisions, policies, account restrictions, or how they handle information. Your use of each site remains subject to its terms and privacy policy.
4. Acceptable use
You may use the Services only for lawful, personal or authorized recruiting activity. You must not:
- submit false, misleading, infringing, or unauthorized information;
- use the Services to spam, harass, discriminate, impersonate, or apply for jobs without authorization;
- circumvent CAPTCHA, anti-bot controls, access controls, rate limits, paywalls, or other technical restrictions;
- scrape, crawl, reverse engineer, copy, resell, or make the Services available as an automated service to others;
- interfere with the Services, probe their security, or introduce malicious code; or
- use the extension in a way that violates a supported site's rules or applicable law.
5. Your content and AI-assisted results
You retain ownership of the CVs, profile information, answers, and other content you submit ("Your Content"). You grant Fuku the limited rights needed to host, process, transmit, display, and use Your Content to operate, secure, maintain, and improve user-facing features you request. You represent that you have the rights and permissions needed for Your Content.
AI-assisted drafts and extracted job information can be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable. You are solely responsible for reviewing and approving content before relying on it or submitting it to an employer. Fuku does not guarantee an interview, offer, application acceptance, or any particular outcome.
6. Intellectual property
The Services, including their software, design, trademarks, and documentation, belong to Fuku or its licensors and are protected by applicable law. Subject to these Terms, Fuku grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the extension and Services for their intended purpose. No rights are granted except those expressly stated here.
7. Availability, changes, and termination
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue part of the Services, including support for a particular job board, at any time. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms, create security or legal risk, or if the Services are discontinued. You may stop using the extension at any time by uninstalling it and may request account deletion as described in the Privacy Policy.
8. Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Services are provided "as is" and "as available". Fuku disclaims warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, availability, and that an application will be submitted or produce a particular result. You use automation and third-party job sites at your own risk.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fuku and its directors, officers, employees, and providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, opportunities, or reputation arising from your use of or inability to use the Services. Fuku's total liability for claims arising from the Services will not exceed the amounts you paid Fuku for the Services during the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim, or SGD 100 if you paid nothing, except where liability cannot lawfully be limited.
10. Indemnity
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend and indemnify Fuku and its personnel against claims, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from Your Content, your misuse of the Services, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of a third party's rights or terms.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. The courts of Singapore have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from or relating to these Terms, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
