1. Who we are and what this policy covers
FUKU AI Pte. Ltd. ("Fuku", "we", "us", or "our"), a Singapore company, operates Fuku AI Career and the Fuku AI Job Apply Chrome extension (together, the "Services"). This policy explains how we process information when you use the Career web application, connect the extension, or start an application workflow.

2. Information we process
Account and identity information
We may process your name, email address, phone number, Fuku user ID, profile information, account and subscription records, and the authentication context needed to connect the extension to your Career account. The extension is not intended to receive or store your Fuku password.
Career and application information
Depending on the features you use, this can include your CV or resume, contact details, education, employment history, skills, cover letters, job preferences, and other profile fields. It can also include job title, employer, location, job description, job URL, application URL, application status, screening questions, and answers or drafts generated for those questions.
Information read from supported job-board pages
When you start a workflow, the extension operates on the supported page you selected. It may read page fields needed to identify a job and complete an application, such as the job title, company, location, job description, application link, form fields, and the current application state. Supported sites in this release include LinkedIn, Reed, Indeed, Dice, GulfTalent, StepStone, and Greenhouse-hosted application pages.
Extension, device, and diagnostic information
The extension may process the extension version, browser tab URL, supported-platform name, timestamps, run IDs, application progress, error messages, and limited technical logs. Chrome storage and session storage are used for configuration, the selected job queue, temporary user data, screening-answer state, and recovery/progress state. Temporary values are used to continue the workflow and are not a separate advertising profile.
For reliability, the extension uses Sentry for error monitoring. An error report may contain a stack trace, browser and extension context, the page URL, request metadata, user or run identifiers, and limited DOM or HTML context included with the error. We use this information for debugging and service security, not for advertising.
When you use the extension with Fuku Career, it sends the minimum workflow data needed to https://careers.fuku.ai/api/extension, including screening-question requests and application status or error events. The Career web app uses a necessary session cookie to keep you signed in; the extension does not use advertising cookies.
3. How we use information
- to provide, maintain, and secure Career and the extension;
- to authenticate the extension connection and associate a workflow with your account;
- to identify jobs, fill supported application forms, submit information when you start an application run, and report application status;
- to retrieve or draft screening-question answers and other Career features you request;
- to provide support, investigate failures, prevent abuse, and improve reliability; and
- to comply with law, enforce our terms, and protect our rights and users.
When you request AI-assisted content, relevant CV, job, and question information may be sent to our configured AI service providers (currently Azure OpenAI) to generate the requested result. We send only what is needed for that feature.
4. How information is shared
We may share information with service providers that help us host databases and infrastructure, provide email, AI processing, security, analytics, customer support, and error monitoring. These providers process information under our instructions and contractual safeguards.
The extension interacts with the job-board or employer page you selected in your browser. Information entered into that page is shared with that site or employer as part of your application and is governed by their own terms and privacy policy. We do not sell your personal information, use it for personalised or retargeted advertising, or share it with unrelated third parties for their own marketing.
We may disclose information when required by law, to respond to lawful requests, to protect users or the Services, or in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets.
5. Storage, retention, and deletion
Career data is retained for as long as needed to provide the Services, maintain business and security records, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. Temporary extension queue and progress data is kept in Chrome storage while needed for a workflow and is cleared by the extension when the workflow is reset or completed where applicable. Removing the extension removes its extension-managed Chrome storage under Chrome's extension behavior, but does not by itself delete server-side Career account data.
You may request access, correction, export, or deletion of your account information, or ask us to stop a particular processing activity, by emailing service@fuku.ai. We may need to verify your identity and may retain limited information where required by law or necessary for security and dispute resolution.
6. Security and international transfers
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards and require data transfers between the extension, Career, and our APIs to use HTTPS. No online service is completely secure, and you are responsible for protecting your browser, account, and device.
Fuku and its providers may process information in Singapore and other countries where they operate. Where required, we use appropriate contractual or other safeguards for cross-border transfers.
7. Chrome Web Store Limited Use
Our use of information received from Chrome APIs and the extension environment complies with the Chrome Web Store User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We use data only to provide user-facing features, limit data access and transfer to what is necessary, do not use it for personalised advertising, and do not permit human review unless necessary for security, support, legal compliance, or the operation of the requested feature.
8. Children and policy changes
The Services are not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect information from them. We may update this policy from time to time. The date above shows when it was last revised; material changes will be communicated through the Services or another appropriate channel.
